More than special, this place is matchless for it's peculiarity.
A private beach, with alowed access only for a few privileged house owners and their very lucky guests. With total privacy, it's impossible to see the beach and the houses from the road.

  

Area

The Praia Vermelha (Red Beach) is situated aside the Rio-Santos Road, BR 101, at km 527,5 (old 137,5), at the place called “Quintas das Palmeiras”, in reference to the palm trees alley access from the road to the entrance of the property.
Next to the historical town of Mambucaba, is located 330km far from São Paulo and 230km from Rio de Janeiro. Equally distant 45 km from Angra dos Reis and Paraty, served by good roads to these and others neighborough cities.

Great options for who wants to enjoy nice trips or even go to a good restaurant. Go shopping, no matter what you’re shopping for, is always a good assignment, since there are many stores with variated departments.

Beach

White sand and crystalline water, remembers Caribean, but with all the quietness of brazilian atmosphere and nature.
Only 7 properties, aced to the see, coexist in this magnific area, faced to the see, in a 400 meters extension of clean sand and low frequency beach.
Protected of the wind and tide by the Sandri Island - big island that is seen right in front of the beach, about 2km far. Island full of rare beauty, with it's area protected by law. There will always be it's completely green area for you to enjoy!

                 

The correct name of the region should be “Costa Verde e Dourada", which means green and golden coast, because of the constant presence of the sun, even during winter, when we have low, but pleasant temperatures at night and the sun in it’s plenitude all day.
